- Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized University OR Associate Membership of Indian Institute of Architects(AIIA), Bombay
- Must possess a valid current Certificate of Registration with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi set up under the Architects Act 1972 (Central Act 20 of 1972) by the Government of India.
